Warranty Conditions

The Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1. Tulip Computers will replace/repair defective parts the same or equivalent parts at no cost. Any other part replacement that is different from the original configuration must be purchased at selling price.
2. This warranty extends only to products distributed by Tulip Computers is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in the Sri Lanka.
3. Tulip Computers will also not be responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data for goods purchased from Tulip Computers.
4. The limited warranty also does not cover damages or defects that may have been caused by: Shipping damage (other than the original shipment), improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect or improper environment, repair, modification, adjustment, or installation, inadequate or excessive electrical power surges, or other power irregularities.
5. Tulip Computers will also not replace, repair, or refund on any purchase if the item serial numbers/warranty sticker do not match or damage, or if the product is not sold directly by Tulip Computers.
6. In the event that your computer/part is returned to Tulip Computers for repair – should be no defect in materials and if workmanship is found, you will be responsible for return shipping and current labor charges.
7. You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive warranty service.
8. The computer’s/part’s serial number must be untampered with and clearly identifiable.
9. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) to the purchaser in fulfillment of the warranty.
10. Tulip Computers and its Authorized Service Centers accept no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to Tulip Computers, it’s dealer, distributors, resellers, or Authorized Service Centers.
11. All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non- Tulip Computers software vender’s term and conditions provided with the packages.
12. This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related problems.

Note: Do not include any accessories with your computer system for warranty repairs. If you do provide such materials, Tulip Computers will not be held responsible for any missing accessories such as software, adapters, etc.
